Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on Livesmart academy can be refunded within 7 days.
Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are immediate on our end once we have received and processed your refund request. It may take five to ten business days to post the funds in your account, however, depending on your financial institution. If you requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the course.

Exchange Allowed: Participants will be allowed to exchange with other courses of equivalent or lesser value, if the course is not accessed within 7 days of purchase. Exchange requests must be received by email at cs@livesmartid.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 7 days after the purchase date.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

While our 7 days refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud. so we will not process refund requests received after the third segment was accessed before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy
Students who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
• The student/user did not access the third segment of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within 7 business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once the third course has been accessed in any manner.
• You have not completed (or attempted to complete) any tests; and
• You have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.
